Founded in 2022 and based in Plantation, Florida, Exuma Capital Partners is a hybrid investment firm: the long-term, patient, flexible capital of a family office, combined with the hands-on operating playbook of private equity.
We invest in two areas: lower-middle and middle-market operating companies, through growth equity and buyouts, and real estate, including office, hospitality and development projects. Because we invest our own capital, we can hold great businesses for as long as it makes sense and structure each deal around the company, not a fund timeline.
Our team has spent two decades building and running operating companies. We work alongside management on strategy, talent, systems and add-on acquisitions, and we measure success by durable, long-term growth.
Anthony Perera
Anthony Perera is a serial entrepreneur with a 20-year track record of building businesses. In 2017 he founded Air Pros USA with a single truck and grew it into a multi-state home services company with more than 1,000 employees.
He also founded Inspected.com, which he describes as the largest virtual private inspection provider in the country.
In 2022 he founded Exuma Capital Partners to invest in lower-middle and middle-market companies, bringing an operator’s perspective to every partnership.
He is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year honoree and a South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient.
